In Venezuela, “picar torta” and “jalar bolas” are two ways of saying the same thing: flattering whoever’s in charge to win their favor. No Pico Torta Society brings together those who refuse to do it and turns that refusal into a motto: “no pico torta, no jalo bolas.” This jacket carries it on the back, in black, with the restraint of a club uniform.

How to measure

  1. Length. From where the shoulder seam meets the collar, straight down to the hem.
  2. Chest. From armpit to armpit, just below the sleeve seam.
  3. Sleeve. From the shoulder seam to the edge of the cuff.

The surest way to get it right: take a jacket you already own that fits the way you like, lay it flat on a bed and measure it the same way as the diagram. Compare those numbers to the chart and pick the closest size.
