Influencer Collaborations | Caracas Merch
Creator collaborations
If you make content and want to work with us, this is the short route. Three formats, an honest list of what we look at, and exactly what happens after you hit send.
Three ways to work together
Seeding. We send pieces, you use them however you want. No script, no mandatory post date, though we do agree on a rough window. This is where most collabs start.
Paid content. A defined brief, defined deliverables, a budget. Dates, formats and usage rights are agreed in writing before anything gets filmed. Rates: quoted case by case based on reach, deliverables and usage rights.
Affiliate program. Your own code, commission on every sale. Commission structure: 10% of the net value of each order, a 30-day attribution window, paid monthly once you pass 50 dollars.
What we actually look at
Follower count isn't the filter. We care whether your audience responds, whether the work is well made, and whether the brand sits naturally next to what you already post.
- Image quality and editing
- Comments and saves, not just likes
- Fit between what you show and what we sell
- Market: the US, Spain and Latin America are priorities, but everything gets read
Useful context before you vouch for us: 91% five-star reviews across 220+ verified Judge.me reviews, and more than 8,000 orders delivered. The product holds up the recommendation.
After you apply
Every application gets read and answered within 24-48 business hours, including the ones we pass on. If there's a fit, we come back with the format we're proposing, what's in stock, and dates. Shipping goes out once you confirm size and address, with duties and customs already covered, so nothing lands on your doorstep with a surprise bill.
What we don't do: ask for free work in exchange for "exposure", or hand out exclusivity terms that aren't written down.
Frequently asked questions
How many followers do I need?
There's no minimum. Content quality, real engagement and brand fit matter more than audience size. Smaller accounts with active communities get seeded regularly.
Is seeding free, or do I pay anything?
Seeding costs you nothing. We cover the product and the shipping, and duties and customs are included, so there's nothing to pay on delivery. You just confirm size and address. Paid content is negotiated separately and in writing.
Do I have to be Venezuelan to work with Caracas Merch?
No. This is Venezuelan culture built for a global audience, and we work with creators anywhere. Spain is our second-largest market and we ship to more than 10 countries.
How does the affiliate program work?
You get a unique code and earn commission on the sales it drives. The exact structure is 10% of the net value of each order, a 30-day attribution window, paid monthly once you pass 50 dollars. It can run alongside seeding or a paid deal.
Can I pitch an idea instead of waiting for a brief?
Yes, and we'd rather you did. Include the concept, references and format in your application. Our strongest collabs came from a creator's idea, not from a brief we wrote.
