What we sell wholesale

The wholesale range is built per season from the same categories as our direct channel: long-sleeve jerseys, boxy tees, hoodies, tees and matching sets. You get the same sales assets we use: ghost mannequin product shots on warm grey with editorial lighting, ready to drop straight into your product pages.

Minimum order: 1,000 dollars on a first order and 500 dollars on reorders
Wholesale pricing and suggested margin: 50% of suggested retail, which is a 2x margin for the store
Payment terms: 100% upfront on the first two orders, net 30 from the third onwards
Lead time from confirmation: 2 to 4 weeks

How it works

Apply with your store details. Legal name, city, physical address or online model, brands you already carry, average basket.
We assess fit. We look at market, customer type and brand mix, and come back within 24-48 business hours.
We send the linesheet and terms. Availability, pricing, minimums and a suggested size curve per category.
You confirm and we schedule the shipment. We lock a delivery date and hand over the imagery and copy pack so you can merchandise before the stock lands.

What we look for in a stockist

We care where the clothes end up. We favour stores with real curation, a well-run floor or site, and customers who buy for design rather than logo recognition.

Being in the US, Spain or Latin America helps, since that's where demand and community already exist. It isn't a requirement. We'll read a proposal from any market, especially a defined pop-up or seasonal project.

What's the wholesale minimum order?

The current minimum is 1,000 dollars on a first order and 500 dollars on reorders. It's set per season and can vary by category and size curve. We confirm it with the linesheet once your application is approved.

Do you sell to stores outside the United States?

Yes. We operate as Caracas Merch LLC out of Florida and already ship to more than 10 countries, with Spain as our second market. International freight terms and customs responsibility for wholesale orders are agreed in writing case by case.

Do you grant territory exclusivity?

We assess it case by case, based on volume and the commercial plan you present. It isn't granted on a first order. If it matters to you, raise it in your application.

Can I order for a short-run pop-up?

Yes. Pop-ups and seasonal activations are welcome. Send dates, city, expected footfall and how the event is being promoted, and we'll size the order and product mix to the run.

What sales support do stockists get?

Product photography, editorial imagery, copy and a size guide, ready for both floor and web. You also get the brand story stated correctly: pieces designed by Venezuelans from the diaspora, not manufactured in Venezuela.
