Está súper chévere y original el diseño, me encanta porque es bastante urbano, sin embargo me gustaría que hubiese sido un poco más colorido-vibrante los colores porque se ve algo clarito. La calidad del estampado no es la más alta, pero está bastante aceptable.

3. Confirmed delivery and liability
Caracas Merch considers an order fully fulfilled and delivered once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout. This confirmation may include tracking information, delivery photographs, timestamps, and recipient signature records.
We do not issue refunds, store credits, or replacements for orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier. This includes packages that are:
- Stolen after delivery (commonly known as "porch piracy").
- Delivered to a neighbor, building reception, or secure location by the carrier.
- Reported as missing after a delivery confirmation has been issued.
- Delivered to an incorrect address due to an error in the shipping information provided by the customer at checkout.
If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or building management.
- Contacting the carrier directly to open a missing package investigation.
- Filing a police report if you believe the package was stolen.
- Contacting your homeowner's or renter's insurance, if applicable.
While we are unable to take responsibility for packages after confirmed delivery, we are happy to assist you in opening a claim with the carrier when possible. Please reach out to us at info@caracasmerch.com.
4. Incorrect shipping addresses
It is the customer's sole responsibility to verify that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and complete before finalizing the purchase. Caracas Merch is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, and will not issue refunds, store credits, or replacements in these cases.
If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at info@caracasmerch.com. We will do our best to correct it if the order has not yet been dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is in processing.
5. Order cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at info@caracasmerch.com as soon as possible.
Cancellations are only available for orders that have not yet been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been prepared and handed over to the carrier, it cannot be cancelled or modified. In that case, the customer must wait for delivery and, if eligible under our Return Policy, submit a return request for store credit.
6. Delays during high-demand periods
During special launches (Drops), Black Friday, the holiday season, and other high-demand dates, preparation and shipping times may exceed standard timeframes. We will do our best to communicate these delays in advance, but Caracas Merch does not guarantee exact delivery times during these periods and assumes no responsibility for delays resulting from high demand or carrier congestion.
7. Customs and import duties
Caracas Merch covers export taxes from our origin. However, any customs duties, import taxes, or tariffs imposed by the authorities of the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
If you are asked to pay an unexpected customs fee during the delivery process, please contact us at info@caracasmerch.com before paying and we will review it with you.
8. Limitation of liability
Caracas Merch is not responsible for damages, losses, or delays caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to: carrier errors, weather conditions, strikes, customs holds, natural disasters, or force majeure events. In no event shall Caracas Merch's liability for shipping-related issues exceed the value of the original item purchased.
