In Venezuela, “picar torta” means going overboard to please the powerful: flattering, fawning and chasing favor, even at the cost of your own dignity. “No pico torta” is the opposite, a way of saying that respect is earned through actions, not flattery. This piece carries that stance large across the back, on heavyweight black cotton, with a discreet Caracas Merch logo on the chest.

How to measure

  1. Length. From where the shoulder seam meets the collar, straight down to the hem.
  2. Shoulder. From one shoulder seam to the other, across the top.
  3. Chest. From armpit to armpit, just below the sleeve seam.
  4. Sleeve. From the shoulder seam to the edge of the sleeve.

The surest way to get it right: take a t-shirt you already own that fits the way you like, lay it flat on a bed and measure it the same way as the diagram. Compare those numbers to the chart and pick the closest size.
