How do I earn points?
Automatically with every purchase: 1 point per dollar spent. At New York level and above the multiplier increases — 1.5x at New York and 2x at Tokyo and Caracas.
Do points expire?
No. Your points have no expiration date.
How do I level up?
Your level is based on your current points balance. As you accumulate points, the system automatically moves you up when you cross each threshold.
Can I drop a level?
Yes. If you redeem points and your balance drops below your current level's threshold, you drop down automatically. Your lifetime discount adjusts to the new level as well.
What is the lifetime discount?
A discount code that appears in your account and can be used on every order, unlimited times. From Madrid (5% OFF) up to Caracas (20% OFF). If you level up or drop down, the code updates automatically.
Does the lifetime discount stack with other discounts?
Yes. It stacks with product discounts, order discounts and shipping discounts.
How do I redeem my points?
Log into your account at caracasmerch.com, go to the rewards section and pick what you want to redeem. The code appears right there for you to use at checkout.
Does the level welcome bonus arrive automatically?
Yes. When you first reach Madrid or Miami, the code appears automatically in your account.
Are gift redemptions instant?
Physical redemptions (bandana, tee, hoodie) generate a code instantly. The Instagram shoutout and Mystery Box come as a pending request that the Caracas Merch team handles within a few days.
